WHO WE ARE:

Kashmir Relief & Development Foundation (KRDF) is a Registered Charity based in Waltham Forest, UK (Charity Reg. No. 1114625). It provides:

* Free Education

* Clean/Fresh Water Supply

* Empower Women

* Medical Health facilities

In remote areas of Kashmir. Established in 2005 after the devastating earthquake that left over 70,000 people dead and almost all education infrastructure destroyed. Since we have successfully built schools for children, helped thousands of women by providing them free vocational training and have helped many remote areas by providing fresh water supply.

KRDF strives to empower and reach out to those who are in dire need of help. To Provide:

* Empower Women to become self reliant

* Transform lives with clean/fresh water supply and Medical facilities.

KRDF receives support from individuals and organisations for which we are very grateful. In addition we hold events and activities to raise funds such as:

* Standing orders

* General appeal to public

* Project sponsored by Organisations

* Appeal to community organisations

* Food stalls in festivals such as Asian Mela

* Charity Challenge events such as “Snowdonia Charity Trek” every year

* Public seminars and briefings to donors such as “KRDF Annual Charity Event”

* Charity Box collections placed in Shops and homes
