Athmuqam or Athmakam is a town about 73 kilometres from Muzaffarabad, in Azad Kashmir. It is the headquarters of Neelum District. Its population is about 20,000. The town is accessible by Neelum road from Muzaffarabad. We have set up a Vocational Training Centre in Village Parli which is adjacent to Athmuqam.
Each VCT is equipped with One teacher, 20 sewing machines, tables, chairs, One generator and Other necessary items.
